Who you are dealing with

Worth Asking About is operated by Poppy Spiegelberg, an independent sole trader based in the United Kingdom. Contact: hello@worthaskingabout.com. As a sole trader we are not registered at Companies House and there is no company registration number.

What we provide

Worth Asking About is an editorial publication: written recommendations of clothing labels and individual pieces. We do not sell any of the products featured, we do not hold stock, and we are not a party to any purchase you make from a third-party retailer. Availability, pricing, delivery, returns and product quality are entirely between you and that retailer.

Editorial independence

Hidden Label takes no commission on any purchase made through this site. Nothing here is paid for or sponsored. No brand can pay to appear, and we receive no commission on purchases made through links on this site.

Membership and payment

Membership is one tier at £5 per month, shown in your local currency using a daily exchange rate — the amount charged may differ slightly from the converted figure displayed. Paid membership is not yet live; when it launches, billing will renew automatically each month until you cancel, and prices include any tax due where applicable.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel your membership at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the period you have paid for. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel a digital service and receive a refund. Because member content is made available immediately, by joining you ask us to start the service straight away and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day right to cancel once you have accessed member content. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are unaffected.

Your account

Keep your login details private and let us know if you think someone else is using your account. Member content is for your personal use — please don't republish, resell or scrape it. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Liability

We take care over what we publish but give no guarantee that a featured item will be available, suitable or in stock. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for losses arising from your dealings with third party retailers. Nothing here excludes liability for death, personal injury or fraud, or limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If something is wrong, email us first — we'll aim to reply within five working days. See also our privacy policy.
